Q:How about delivery and shipping ?

1.Sample order: Within 7days after receiving the copy of T/T

2.General order: in 1~2 weeks upon receipt of payment.

3 Samples order/ small order, send by express ( UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT etc)

For bulk order: suggest send by air or by sea ; That is OK to send by buyer's forwarder.

Q:Payment method ?

For sample: 100% T/T(Bank transfer/wire transfer), Western Union, or PAYPAL
For bulk order: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

Q: How long is the warranty on your products?

Carry a 12 month warranty for all  cameras, reversing safety systems and rear vision accessories. monitors  2  years  for  free .  

Q: Do the systems come in 12 and 24 volt?

All systems we supply are internally switching to accept either 12 or 24 VDC input.

Q:What monitor screen sizes are available?

Wired monitor :    3.5"     5 "    5.6 "   7"      10 "

 Q: Do You Have Wireless Systems?

We stock a digital transmitter and receiver which can be custom the specific applications, however, we don't recommend wireless for most industrial applications because you get a far better outcome from fitting cable.

Q:How good is the view in low light?

All systems are adapted to handle low light situations. RP Vision color systems are rated to 1 LUX (low light rating), without the aid of LED lighting. Rear View Cameras  are rated to 0 LUX using infrared LED's which provides a black and white image.
